      CASA EFIGENIA SL manages its website and the information and materials it contains. Access and navigation on our website implies acceptance of these conditions.

            6. FALSE ORDERS

              Legal actions will be taken against false orders, charging costs to the customer.

                All prices include IGIC. CASA EFIGENIA SL reserves the right to change prices without notice.

                8. ORDERS

                  Acceptance of orders is subject to our confirmation. We may cancel orders due to material errors or customer credit conditions.

                  9. CUSTOMER DATA

                    The customer is responsible for the accuracy of their data and the security of their password.

                    10. SHIPPING

                      The risk of loss transfers to the customer at the time of delivery. Shipping costs will be indicated separately on the invoice.

                      11. SALE TO MINORS

                        The sale of alcohol to minors under 18 is prohibited by law.

                        12. RETURNS

                          Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of receipt, in its original packaging. The refund will be made through the same payment method used in the transaction, whether by card or transfer.

                          13. PRODUCT CHANGES

                            Changes can be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery, in its original state.

                            14. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

                              Orders can be cancelled before 14:00h on the day of preparation.

                              15. PAYMENT METHODS

                                We accept credit/debit cards. Illegal transactions are not allowed.
